So what does pk +190 mean if they bet 100?

pk just protects you against the draw. 3 ways lines of course have the draw and if you took a side would lose in the event of a draw. a pk still needs the team to win in regulation to pay, but you can push with a draw.

croatia to win in regulation is +390 but its a loss if the game goes to extra time regardless of the winner

Pk mean playing even....if Croatia wins in 90m you win 190... If tie then push. Soccer is 3 way betting so playing ML will require you to win the game....PK (pick) protects the tie/push

If you take France, take them to win the World Cup only...a very high percentage of Wc finals and champions league/euro finals have a ft draw or underdog winning outright). I would go with Croatia pk or France to win World Cup. Just my two cents
